Now in its eleventh year, Weyfest takes place at the Rural Life Centre and Old Kiln Museum in Surrey. Not keen on trampling through mud, smelly toilets, no showers, over-priced bars, expensive (and often terrible) food? Then Weyfest is the festival for you!
Here, you will experience fine foods, wines, ales, ciders and lagers, cocktails and champagne bars - all at reasonable prices. There are plenty of posh CLEAN toilets that are topped up with supplies all weekend, a beautiful camp site (which is immediately adjacent to the festival site) with wonderful hot showers and great sound quality from the 4 stages, all set in 10 acres of stunning woodland of the Rural Life Centre museum - home to 40,000 fascinating artefacts of country life. There's plenty to entertain all ages, quite apart from the fabulous music!
Excited? We haven’t even told you the lineup yet. With over 50 acts to see, there is something for everyone. This year's headliners include Alison Moyet, the Buzzcocks and Jools Holland and his Rythym & Blues Orchestra. In addition, you’ll also have the chance to catch performances from Stereo MCs, Ralph McTell, Dub Pistols, Mike Sanchez, Hayseed Dixie…the list goes on!
