Pop punk, grunge, and alt-rock favourites take over the Deaf Institute for a nostalgic night of guitar-heavy classics; a Halloween party for those adamant it wasn't a phase.
Club nights aren't everyone's cup of tea. Dance music, heavy basslines, scratchy synths, believe it or not, aren't everyone's cup of tea. That's why the Deaf Institute provides for the strobe-averse. Nothing but no-nonsense 90s and 2000s classics for the former scene kids who are now forced to have jobs.
The line-up poster has got to be the most descriptive and straight-forward illustration of what the club night shall contain. DJ's mixing Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Green Day, Weezer, Blink, you know the score.
The ticket gets you into two venues: Room 1: We Are Still Young, and Room 2: Teen Spirit 90s Rock Night, both playing a similar mix of ultimate 90s rock.
Free entry if your birthday is between October 18th and November 1st as well. Just don't forget your ID.
