A temporary Shrek-themed cafe has opened up at the Primark on Market Street, just in time to deliver the young ones some Halloween scaries.
The Primark cafe has transformed to embody all things Shrek. The packaging now slime green, the sauces donning the logos, the latte art is ghoulish, and his signature green ears are poking out of just about everywhere.
Adults may be discerning enough to see through the slime green disguise, but it's a great spot to bring your young ones in the build up to Halloween. It's only up til the beginning of November, so get there while you still can!
In Halloween spirit the menu contains stuff like potions, bubble tea and swamp juices, including the ‘Eyeball martini‘, mud pie hot chocolate, Gingy’s latte, and all the usual boring classics.
Portions are healthy with prices that reflect it, the menu is of course kid-friendly and suits infantile tastes, with kids items intended to look as gross and Halloweeny as possible. Freak out your kids with green waffles and sugar-coated bugs. Just absolutely put them off their dinner why don't you.
