Sadler’s Wells East, a new home for dance in east London, throws open its doors this week!
The opening season sees a thrilling mix of dance styles – hip hop to ballet, rave to rhumba, kathak to krumping – with tickets from £15.
The stage will be transformed into a skatepark, a photography studio and an immersive rave experience. You’ll see dance theatre interpretations of classic fairytales and a groundbreaking James Baldwin novel, plus the return of an acclaimed Olivier Award-winning work.
The Dance Floor in the foyer will be a space for anyone to get up and celebrate dance with free activities. There’ll be artist takeovers, lunch time dance classes, Family Freestyle workshops, open dance sessions and more.
Whether you’re seeing a show, enjoying a solo treat, grabbing a coffee or just catching up with friends, the Park Kitchen & Bar will offer a delicious mix of classic and original food and drink.
Opening as part of East Bank in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, find out why Sadler's Wells East was named the #1 best new thing to do in the UK in 2025 by Time Out.
