Hyde Park are offering a free day out full of scary surprises as well as nature walks and learning opportunities for the young ones.
This Halloween, Hyde Park learning centre are offering a number of free, daytime Halloween events for the little ones to enjoy. A great alternative to the dark, gloomy, Halloween walks that are ubiquitous this time of year, and especially alluring for its absent cost.
From 11am til 3:30pm, you can enjoy some spooky storytelling, investigate the feely boxes in the Witches den, wander through the hair-raising nature trail, and learn about the bats that roam just above us in the parks.
This is also a good chance for your child to connect with nature (even if it is Hyde Park) and to become more inquisitive about their natural world. Dressing up is also encouraged, if you feel comfortable in Halloween costume during daylight hours, but I'm sure your kid will! Register now!
