Fibonacci Quartet - at Conway Hall

2 February 2025 Conway Hall

Europe's most exciting young string quartet come to Holborn for a free show, proving again why they're deserving of their endless stream of accolades.

At Culture Calling we love recommending a free event. The stakes are low for you and us both, as the price of nothing is a struggle to deliberate over. However, we never recommend rubbish. We simply do not need to; London has enough.

On that note, Conway Hall is one of our new favourite venues. Not just for the free tickets at almost all of their events, but for their quality and calibre of acts on their roster, focusing mainly on classical yet unafraid to search further afield for talent.

This February, Conway Hall are proud to present the Fibonacci Quartet, who, on their frankly mammoth 24/25 tour, will see almost every corner of Europe. One of the continents leading young string quartets, they were the first to win both First and Audience Prizes at the Premio Paolo Borciani International String Quartet Competition in Italy last year. Everywhere they go they’re winning awards, with First prizes in three separate competitions, among many more.

Achieving so much yet barely out of their early 20s, the Fibonacci Quartet are one of the most exciting classical acts you can see this year, and, of course, it’s all for free.
