Conducta continues his residency at the Brixton spot, each time bringing along new DJs and artists who he admires, including acts like Tim Reaper, DJ SWISHA, and Jarreau Vandal. Essentially all of these Fridays are worth a look in. Conducta has become one of the preeminent producers of our time, connecting the dots of UK dance music between UK rap, Afrobeat, garage, and much more. You’ll be long in the grave before you ever hear a weak track from this man.
But if we had to pick one night out of the many, we’d say go for the 6th, where he will be playing alongside the highly talented mixtress. Known for her frenetic sets that bridge the old and new rave cultures, mixtress is busy creating new languages and forms of expression for the new generation of ravers. She may have only been in the UK since she was 18, but she mixes like she was born to it.
