Postman’s Park, located in East Central London, is a tranquil green space known for its unique and poignant Memorial to Heroic Self-Sacrifice. Opened in 1880, Postman’s Park spans just 0.68 acres and was created from the churchyards of St Botolph's Aldersgate, St Leonard Foster Lane, and St Leonard's Church. The park's most notable feature is the moving Watts Memorial, which commemorates ordinary people who gave their lives in order to save others. The wall features a series of ceramic plaques, each telling a story of bravery and self-sacrifice.

The serene environment, with its lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere, makes it an ideal spot for quiet reflection or a lunch break. There are several benches and beautifully maintained flower beds, offering a pleasant escape from the surrounding city bustle and the throngs of tourists visitng St Paul’s Cathedral and the Museum of London.
