Valley Fest is the best-tasting music festival in the South West - it's perfect for first-time festival goers as well as families of all ages.
The event takes place 1 – 4 August 2024 alongside Chew Valley Lake with the rolling Mendip Hills in the background. It’s only 9 miles from Bristol and Bath. Showcasing Bristol’s live music scene as well as fine local food producers, you can expect everything from charcuterie to cider, street food to sit-down feasts.
Celebrating its tenth birthday in 2024, Valley Fest has announced Sister Sledge, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Tinie Tempah, The Feeling and The Skids will play, as well as Tankus The Henge, Nubiyan Twist, The Nextmen, Rat Pack, Beatles Dub Club, Junior Jungle, Stanton Warriors, Fabio & Grooverider, Doreen Dorren, Huey Morgan and Worm Sound System (Worm Disco Club).
The Thursday line-up will include Don Letts, Badger, Jaguar Skills and Oko at Arcadia's Afterburner on Thursday 1st August.
Arcadia’s Alchemist Playground will return, where kids and teens can play, create and build. The Woodland Tribe will be on hand to help children construct a playground out of recycled military materials.
By night, the iconic Afterburner fires up. Expect flares, flames and cutting-edge, heart-in-your-mouth performances. Plus, the Lord of Lightning will return – shooting multi-million-volt bolts of electricity from his body, a spectacle like no other.
