A pub menu that loves to show off, their starter choices include Brighton Gin cured salmon, chipotle pork tacos, and a chorizo scotch egg, with mains including pan roasted bream, mushroom bourguignon, coq au vin, and a range of reinterpretations of pub classics.
Their Thursdays have the best deals, with a main and a glass of wine for £15 per person in the dining room, and 2 for £12 cocktails in the Carpenter’s Lounge, one of the best deals for cocktails you can find outside of a Wetherspoons or a Tesco.
However, their biggest pull is their regular event listings.
